Foto: Mareike Winter\/biskuitwerkstatt.de\/dpa<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Con un contenido graso del 72 por ciento, este tipo de nuez tiene un alto grado de calor\u00edas, pero al mismo tiempo es una buena fuente de vitaminas, \u00e1cidos grasos insaturados (considerados como grasa &#8216;saludable&#8217;) y minerales como el potasio, el calcio y el magnesio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si uno no quiere limitarse a rallar nueces en la pasta, tambi\u00e9n se pueden utilizar los blandos granos para hacer un pesto.<\/strong> Para ello, debe usarse aceite de oliva, parmesano, pecanas, albahaca, ajo, sal y pimienta, colocar todo en una batidora y procesar y mezclar bien.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Pero las nueces pecanas dan para mucho m\u00e1s: el aceite prensado en fr\u00edo es ideal para cocinar o para ali\u00f1ar ensaladas.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Conservar correctamente las pecanas<\/h2>\n<p>Como muchos otros frutos secos, las nueces pecanas molidas, picadas o en rodajas deben consumirse r\u00e1pidamente, recomienda el Centro Federal de Nutrici\u00f3n (BZfE).
