In Spain, an Atlantic front will enter through Galicia and will affect the northwest half of the peninsula while becoming less active. It will be cloudy or overcast in the northwest third, with rain and showers, which may be locally heavy or persistent in the west of Galicia. They could spread, in a weaker and more scattered form, to other areas of the Peninsula, except for the extreme south and southeast, where, as in the Balearic Islands, there will only be intervals of medium and high clouds, tending to little cloudy throughout the day. Early morning showers and thunderstorms are also expected in the northeast of the peninsula, which may be locally heavy and with hail in the Pyrenees area, clearing during the day. In the Canary Islands, cloudy intervals in the north of the islands, without ruling out some light rain in those of greater relief, and little cloudy in the south, according to AEMET.
Daytime temperatures rising in the Cantabrian Sea and the southeast third of the peninsula, falling in the rest of the western half and in Catalonia, and with little change in the rest. Night-time temperatures decreasing in the eastern half of the Iberian Peninsula.
